Aracari

This typeface began with an exercise of making letters from randomly cut shapes of construction paper. After settling on a promising letter, the rest of the current typeface was built around its design. I chose the name Aracari for this typeface as it is a type of toucan. The sharp hanging arch of some of the letters reminded me of a toucan beak.
